For the massive wooden doors to the Monastery Hotel to open, you must ring the bell. It’s a bit like getting into your home. That is actually the house policy at this establishment, comprising only 12 spacious apartments.
The building overlooks the Czech capital, directly opposite the Strahov Monastery, and guarantees a serene stay in absolutely unique surroundings.
The hotel rooms are furnished and decorated in the traditional style, with all the facilities you may need.
Breakfast is served in small dining room with a groin vault ceiling. In good weather, you can enjoy your first meal of the day in the sun, on the beautiful hotel terrace. The atmosphere is so friendly that you can chat with your neighbors at the next table!
The building used to be a part of the monastery and it underwent a complete renovation. This is a breathtaking place, located on the heights of Prague, above the orchards of Petřín. It’s also a perfect starting point for a romantic stroll, especially in the spring, when the flowers are blooming and the beautiful gardens of the Lesser Town district are open to the public.
